We purchased a new 2016 Highlander Limited Platinum on April 22nd of this year. Our salesperson Gonzalo Fernandez was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the car we bought. From the time we test drove the car through closing the deal everyone was very focused on us the customer. We have been back to the dealership a couple of times for followup, and that same focus is still there. They don't just sell cars the build a relationship with their customers. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business.

Top Notch Service and Oil Change!! I took my Toyota Highlander to Adams Toyota because my parents have been returning customers since I was little and I needed a recall completed. They were so extremely impressive in every way - from the initial drive up for service, the greeting, the walking through of the services, the complimentary car wash, and the professional guidance on what to look for and what was wrong!! It was so impressive, I started getting my oil changed there, too. I always thought going to the dealer was the most expensive oil change, but Adam's is not!! In fact, it's about half of what I had been paying for years at Jiffy Lube!! I also need to add that I am a woman that knows very little about cars. However, they don't treat me like I'm anyone different! They are extremely professional, and I trust what they're telling me to get fixed! In fact, they've recommended nothing so far, which is different than any other service I've ever received anywhere else!! Thanks, Ad ams'!! I love this place!!

Ryan helped me in a pinch. I took my new Lexus for first oil change/tire rotation to Honda (whom I've trusted forever) but they didn't have right equipment to perform the service. (My bad!) I originally avoided going to Adams Toyota for service bc family has not been impressed with wait times for simple service like oil change (like waiting 2 hours). I told Ryan my issue as I left Honda and pulled into Toyota and he quickly fixed my problem and my car was done in 10 minutes!! Thanks Ryan for taking care of me so efficiently!!

Adam met me immediately and processed my last minute oil change (and wash). I was able to wait in a comfortable and quiet area which allowed me to do some work. I am not sure how long things took as I was absorbed in paper work but it sure seemed fast. I highly recommend the service department at Adams Toyota.

I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a couple of minor fixes. They were very welcoming, finished up much sooner than I expected and called me to let me know it was ready. When I picked up my car they had even washed it!

They beat the Costco pricing by a lot and provided a great buying experience! Even provided the sales managers car as a demo do that it would have all of the features we wanted. I setup an appointment and they greeted us at the door by name. A much different experience than I had at one of the other dealerships!
My experience with this Toyota has been exceptional. Every time I go in I am greeted with kindness and my car is completely taken care of. They will even shuttle me to my house while I wait on it to get serviced. I bought my car from here in 2007 and have had everything done at a Toyota dealership since. It definitely pays off, cause my car runs so smoothly still. Over the last year one employee in particular, named Ryan Nelson, has gone completely above and beyond in order to help me make the best choice for my car time and time again. He provides friendly service and is attentive to all my concerns every time I bring my car in. I am so thankful for this business and for the hard work they put in, especially the service department and the mechanics. My car is definitely in great hands here.

Bradley Keith was a great salesman. Not once did he pressure us into buying. In fact, we test drove a model with him 5 weeks prior to our buying a new sienna. I then did more research on other dealers and multiple test drives. Brad said keep him in mind before final purchase. Kept going back and forth between used and new. I had offers from other dealers and shared with Brad. We saved $6000 by the time it was all said and done. He then proceeded to show my wife how to work everything on the electronic dashboard . This was absolutely the best car buying experience since I bought a Saturn in '94.

My recent experience was outstanding! My wife and I had purchased a vehicle from another dealer recently and added an aftermarket warranty. We ended up needing to replace the blower motor and a front strut, which the warranty states that they cover. When we took the truck in for service the warranty company accepted the blower motor, but declined the strut, stating that it was a "shock" instead. Rick Stangl our service advisor provided Excellent Customer Service in making phone calls to the warranty company while I was at work. Both Rick and I tried for hours to figure out why the warranty company would not cover the strut on the truck. After many failed attempts I finally drove into the dealership to pick-up the truck and figure out what my wife and I would do about the strut that needed repair. When walking to the truck Rick pulled his supervisor Sean over and asked him if he thought he truck had shocks or struts. Sean agreed that it was indeed a strut. At this time we explains the situation to Sean. After hearing the issue, Sean told Rick and myself that he would have Toyota pay for the repair to the truck. I am greatly pleased with Adams Toyota! They followed through every step of the way, got the job done and done right and have made a lifetime customer out of my wife and I. Thank you to Rick and Sean for your Beyond Excellent Customer Service!!
I purchased a Toyota Camry in 1999. She was a fine car and we traveled together for 16 years. Over 253 thousand miles without a hiccup. Oh maybe a battery or new brake pads, expendable stuff. Mileage was terrific until the very day I traded her in. Man, I loved that car. I always felt like I got a good deal and wonderful service from Adams Toyota, so that is where I went to shop. Joe was our salesperson and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We ended up getting a fully loaded Toyota Avalon Hybrid which is like riding on a cloud in rush hour traffic. Too bad I only get 38.5 mpg, I laugh all the way past the gas pumps! Thank you Joe and Adams Toyota. I am still your loyal customer!

The dealership is one one of the best in the area. I use it for my van service for my company and I have leased my personal car and been responsible for leasing two other ones from there. From sales to service I would give it a five. Ryan Nelson usually takes care of me and he is very attentive to the needs of my vehicles. Jared and Rick are also great guys that have taken care of me. Everyone is super friendly and really make you feel Important! Great place to do business. Also added perk I love the Starbucks coffee.

By the time I got to the dealership, we knew exactly what I wanted in my car, so our first meeting was just like old friends getting together. From my first Camry in 1990 to my current one (with a couple of Avalons sprinkled in!), I have enjoyed superior customer service, from the initial selling experience to all routine maintenence visits along the way--Scott, Steve, Ryan, Dennis, Sean and their team have always treated me with courtesy and respect. As a result, each visit to Adams Toyota is always a pleasant experience--I would never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle, either new or pre-owned, and I am quick to recommend the Adams dealership to whoever will listen!

Not your average dealership! I bought my 2016 Tacoma in Virginia, then moved to Kansas City and brought it here for the 5k service. Staff is friendly and helpful, service is quick, the waiting area is very nice. I would expect service like this from Mercedes or Jaguar, but Adams Toyota actually delivers it.

I recently purchased a new truck from Najeme and he did an excellent job. Najeme is a very smart, professional and dedicated individual whom I would go back to in the future. His personality and demeanor are at a perfect level for anyone being a returning customer or new one like I was. I also think the service department has been great so far in their activity with me being fast and going above and beyond. I can't say everything or others at the dealership did as well. I hope in the future that the finance/sales manager can get his head out of his rump and do an actual job of supporting Najeme. I think he specifically fell short in communication and even basic knowledge and came off as uppity and just generally not being a team player with Najeme. You could tell. I will look at Adams first for my next purchase and specifically ask for Najeme as he is a genuinely nice person.
Had accident damage and wanted a thorough job, not just the cheapest estimate. Work was done when promised and they actually took care of a few other issues that weren't even on the original estimate. Long time Adams customer and will buy and service with them again.

I have serviced my Camry here twice now and cant get over that fact how nice the facility is and how friendly they are. Went in Saturday at 10 and they were already busy with cars lined up in the service greeting area. I was greeted by what i assume is their boss because they usually don't wear suits. He assured me I would not be in long which was a relief because I didn't plan on being there all day waiting for a simple tire rotation. I have found that the chairs in the back that recline are the best and they have charging ports for everything beside them. I watched a show on my iPad and before i new it they told me my Camry was ready. As for now I will keep coming back....Hope it lasts!

My husband and I bought our very first brand new car from this location August 2014, a 2015 Toyota Corolla S Plus. The experience last year went pretty well and everyone was extremely helpful, especially Jess as we dealt with all the closing paperwork. Just over a week ago I woke to my car not starting and had to have it towed to the dealership. Needless to say my husband and I were both frustrated that our car that was barely a year old was having issues starting. We went in on December 14th to hear that the service department was unsure of why it had happened, but that my engine had flooded with fuel. Honestly, we were quite upset with the outcome and didn't feel comfortable taking home a vehicle that at 1 years old with only 23,000 miles on it, was already having this issue. Scott Middleton, a general manager, was extremely helpful (and extremely is putting it lightly). He worked with us until after closing time to ensure that we left with having traded in our vehicle for a 2016 Toyota Corolla S Plus (same model as I requested it, just a year newer) with the same payment amounts, a much lower APR, and to add to it the car had a few added features that my original didn't have. We were handed to Alberto, a salesman, to get paperwork in order and he was very kind, professional and helpful. Jess helped us again this time and again was great to work with. We may have went in frustrated, but we left having had an experience that will forever have us going back to this same dealership as long as we live in the area. First time servicing my Camry at Adams Toyota and I can't be more impressed. They greeted me once I drove in and walked not pointed me to were I need to go. Rick was wonderful to work with; friendly, pointed out the 3 waiting areas (quiet adult area, enclosed kid area w/mega locks and kid TV, and casual lounge offers vending snacks and complimentary coffee) and invited me to be comfortable while they inspected my car $12) for the DOR registration. It took a little longer than I expected, but they washed my car too, so no complaints here!

Very rarely could I write a raving review about a car dealer, but my last experience at Adam's Toyota in Lee's Summit was excellent. I had visited another Kansas City Toyota dealer and that experience was not so great. Adam's did not try to pressure me into buying my truck, they did not have any dealer added options like the other place, and their documentation fee was a fraction of the other. It was the comparison of the two places that made it night and day for me. If you are looking for a new Toyota, you have to go to Adam's.
Hopefully someone sees this to give DeShawn the recognition he deserves! We were planning on buying a Subaru Crosstrex because my dad has had a great experience with his Subaru and got a pretty good price for it. Unfortunately they were so rude to us that my dad even had us walk out & is probably re-evaluating his business with that branch & brand. We went across the street to Toyota & DeShawn was upbeat & ready right off the bat. Asked the correct questions, got us in the correct price range, AND got me the colors I wanted!!!! We were so upset by our experience beforehand, and walking in to him and him working his magic and making the whole place a comforting environment that works to satisfy and please the customer was such a relief. Not only that, but it was QUICK! I would suggest him, and now Toyota to anyone! You better not lose him because he just made us a fan for life!

Everyone wants to feel comfortable that they get the best deal when buying a car. I've been buying cars from Adams for 20+ years. I always check around before I go there so I am educated and prepared, and every time, 100% of the time, I've gotten the better deal at Adams on both new and used cars I have purchased.On service, you can't beat them. Everyone has busy schedules these days. Adams does whatever they need to make it easy for you. Loaner cars, pickups, phone call reminders, etc. If you need something done for your car, they take care of. Period. No request is too big.I suspect that a high percentage of their customers, like me, are repeat customers. You should give them a shot and find out why. Go find the best deal you can find, and then before you do anything, check out Adams and see if they can do better.

I have a renewed respect and trust in this dealership after our last service appointment - let me tell you why. In December, I brought our 2014 Sienna in for regular maintenance. While ushering my three children (all under three years old) and my three-month pregnant self indoors with the patient and friendly help of the service employee who checked us in, I had forgotten my wallet lying openly in the drivers seat of the car, filled with several hundred dollars in cash, debit, and credit cards. It wasn't until the appointment was almost over that I realized I did not have my wallet with me , and when the car was returned to me, there was my wallet, untouched and still containing everything. I felt comfortable not cancelling any of the cards, and still today no fraudulent charges have been made confirming that my wallet was untouched. It blew me away to experience this, especially since I have had items (sunglasses, change, papers, etc) taken from my car during service appointments in the years prior at other dealerships. I love knowing that when I bring our car (our second purchase from Adams) in for service, I'm genuinely being cared for. It's clear that they viewed me as a person rather than a number, and I'm reminded of their customer dedication each time we visit the dealership for service or to buy a new car. Thank you to the service department for their integrity and excellent service, for their patience and hospitality (their children's waiting room has made it so easy for me to bring cars in for service, and the snack area has saved me more than once when I've forgotten the snack bag for our kiddos at home!) Thank you to customer service for their kindness - many businesses tolerate children, but at your dealership you are all genuinely happy to have us. I drove an old Celica for years and always brought it here for service. The staff was already friendly, and as far as I could tell, as honest as possible. I liked that I received coupons in the mail for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. It was also convenient that they threw in a complimentary car wash with each visit! I sold my Toyota last year and now drive a Dodge, and I miss coming to this dealership!
first of all this is my 4th purchase from them, they have to be doing something right or I won’t go back right, cause I have zero tolerance for unfriendly, un professional and poor customer service, especially when it comes to spending MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I work hard for it so u better believe me, when I say you must deserve me spending my money at your business. I don't know about their service or actual buying procedures, BUT I do know that this was the best car sales pitching experience we have ever had! We have been to quite a few dealers, and we've bought quite a few cars. I can't stand the experience. However, this was the most enjoyable sales experience we have EVER had. We went to several dealers today, and Adams' sales staff blew it out of the water! We worked with Aaron, "the prius expert", and he was AMAZING. He was chill but knew everything about the car (most dealers don't know a damn thing about the cars). He had an answer to every question we asked...and not a BS answer like, "we have very reliable batteries," but answers with specifics. He heard our hesitations. He validated them and provided information to counter our assumptions or agreed with them if they were correct. He didn't play games. He shot straight. He was funny. He was knowledgable. He didn't pressure, push, or play stupid games. We were in and out with a test drive in less than 60 minutes. We left the dealership thinking, "Man, we should drink a beer with this guy." Now tell me how often you feel that way about a car salesperson?? ...'Nuff said. I don't know if we'll be buying a Toyota, but we loved the sales experience Aaron provided here, and it has us looking a lot longer at Toyota's options. Adams Manager---Aaron is a great asset for your company. All other car sales people---please use his sales style so I can actually ENJOY car shopping.
I owned an older Toyota all throughout college and into my first few years of teaching. I always took it to the dealership for routine maintenance and repairs. They were always very friendly and helpful, and I loved that they always washed my car afterwards! I also enjoyed getting the coupons in the mail for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. When my car needed a big repair, they knew I was a teacher and gave me 10% off. I now own a Dodge and therefore go to the Dodge dealership for all my needs, and it's just not the same atmosphere and service. Just one more reason that my next car will probably be another Toyota!

I just purchased my fourth vehicle from Adams Toyota and it was by far the best truck buying experience ever. Initially they did not have the color of Tundra I wanted, but within one day the had a black one delivered from Columbia Missouri. Upon delivery I asked to have an aftermarket exhaust, tube steps, bed liner, leveling kit, and wheels and tires added. I came back five days later and it looked and sounded amazing. Alberto my sales person and Steve the GM sat with me in my truck and went through every little button and knob to ensure I knew about every option on my limited Tundra. An easy and amazing experience! If you need a Toyota or Scion you're crazy to go anywhere else.

The Greatest Place to buy a New Vehicle. Daniel Paul was my sales consultant. He walked me through and explained every step of the process of buying my 2011 Scion xB. My husband and I purchased a white used Sienna van back in 2009 and we loved it but as our family grew it was time for an upgrade and we knew just where to go. Between my husband and myself, we've purchased 4 cars from Adams Toyota. Jim Foster is awesome. He takes great care of his customers even years after the sale. Everyone who works there is friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Service is fast and even if it wasn't the waiting area is so well appointed that you wouldn't mind - WiFi, numerous TV's, comfortable chairs and a playroom complete with Wii. And yes, I have been known to stop in to the convenience store located in the service waiting on my way home to pick up milk.
